New Year & Some New Goals

Happy late New Year! Its been such a long time since I have posted here and so I wanted to take the time and actually share a little more here on the blog. Social media has taken over and sometimes I can not keep up with the changes so I realized that I needed to get back to my roots which is blogging.

So with that being said I figure I start off my first blog post of the year with sharing on how to create your vision board. When making my list of what I would like to accomplish for the new year I think about small goals and big ones. I don’t give my self time frames of when they need to be done by. I feel like that can sometimes set you up for disappointment and frustration. I like to carry over what ever goal I didn’t meet to the following year.

I use to grab a few magazines and go through them and just cut things that I thought were relevant to my goals. This year I found that it was just a little to overwhelming for me. I found a list of categories online of what to include in your vision board. I thought it was perfect for me to put my thoughts in each section. I also decided to look up each goal of mine through google search and then just print the clip art. It seriously just made it so much easier for me and my thought process on how to put my board together.

I used my board that I bought a few years back and is actually still available. Its actually the perfect size and I love that you can reuse it for years to come. Check out down below for all the supplies used and for the Goal category list that I based my board on.

Vision Board Supplies

Remember that it does not have to be perfect and you can always add. This is just something so you can visually put on paper so that you can see it. I am the type of person that I need visualization to remind me why I do the things I do and what I need to do. In order to see those goals and visions you need to put in the work and manifest it. Have fun with it and remember that you don’t need a time line on when to achieve your goals. One day at a time!

As always Thank You for your love and support!!
